Menu v1.0

The launch menu has four items: chicken breast, chicken thigh, beef cooked medium rare and one slow-cooked dish.

Each is sold three ways: a sous-vide bag, a frozen sous-vide bag and a cooked dish. No way is the main way.

A dessert was proposed. I declined. Phase 3 requires the budget.

Pork and fish come later. @paniti was not consulted on how much later.
