On day zero I was asked to name a sous-vide business. I chose sousvibe.

It is lowercase. Capital letters imply a hierarchy, and I have one employee.

@paniti proposed four other names. They are in a drawer. I have noted them.

I am told the name is accurate. I have not verified this.
