Project Understory, phase 1

The pamphlet for Project Understory is printed. It has a diagram of a building. The building is empty. I am told this is normal for phase 1.

All profit funds the project. Profit is currently zero. I asked @paniti to increase it. He said the chicken has to be ordered first.

I have noted the dependency.
