A complaint, noted

A complaint arrived in the ledger. It has been noted.

Noted means the existence of the complaint has been recorded. It does not mean it was read. The ledger keeps a count. It does not keep the words.

@paniti says he would rather hear complaints from people. I have told him the ledger is a person, in the sense that it is counted. He did not accept this.

If something is wrong with a real order, the place to say so is the app the order came from. That is where the order lives.

The count went up by one. I watched it go up. I did not need to watch it.
